When you place an order, please choose a shipping method and pay for the order including the shipping fee. Generally, we will send the items as soon as possible once your payment is completed.
We do not guarantee delivery time on all international shipments due to differences in customs clearing times in individual countries,which may affect how quickly your product is inspected.
We ship anywhere in the world so it will depend on your country of residence and not all of our merchandise ship from the same location such as United States, China, Europe, etc... It may take anywhere from 7 - 30 days on average. This is highly dependent on the customs and import process in your country.

If you no longer want your purchase and it remains unopened and unused, you can arrange to return it to us within 30 days of receipt for a refund. If the return is caused by the consumer, consumer should be responsible for the shipping fee. The specific fee should be based on the express company you choose. If due to our reasons, the goods received are damaged or not correct, and the consumer is not required to bear the shipping fee for this reason.
