We want you to be completely satisfied with your order on Letcase.
You may return all products within 30 days of delivery.
- If the item(s) are returned in its original condition and the packaging is in as good as new condition, we offer a full refund of the item(s).
- If the item(s) are returned in its original condition, but not in their original and undamaged packaging, we charge 15% per package.
- All goods returned will be inspected for damage and authenticity upon receipt. Letcase reserve the right to refuse to refund or replace and return the item(s) to you.
- If you no longer want your purchase and it remains unopened and unused, you can arrange to return it to us within 30 days of receipt for a refund. Please be aware that we will not refund your postage costs, as there is no error on our part.
- Items should be returned to our return address as instructed.
- If the goods are returned to the wrong address, we reserve the right to refuse to refund if the goods are not received by our return center.
- We don't accept the return and refund when the product is in transit, you can ask return or refund after you receive the parcel, and when we get the package, we will refund you. (Please note that: Once the package arrives, if you refuse to pick up the package, it will be returned to the local post office and be destructed. We cannot receive the product finnally. Like this, we will reserve the right to refuse refund. If you want refund, please contact us, we will send you the return address, we will refund you after the package is returned to our appointed address.)
- The package arrives at the destination. If the post office can't contact you, we will contact you via SMS and email. We will remind you to take the package within the validity period. If you won't take the package within the agreed period, the package will be returned by the post office and Destroyed, we will consider you've already taken the package, in this situation, we will not allow a refund.
Orders We Do Not Accept Return
1. For international orders, any additional fees for dispatch internationally, duty, or local tax are also all non-refundable.
2. Customized products cannot be returned. Product warranty is available.
3. Order over $500 cannot be returned. Please kindly test sample at first. Product warranty is available.
4. If any item arrives damaged or incorrect please contact our customer service team within 14 days of delivery for a replacement order. Items not claimed as damaged after this period may not be authorized for replacement.
5. Christmas products are eligible for return or exchange with one exception: Christmas products are not eligible for return for any reason after December 24th of the year in which the purchase was transacted.
7. Returned merchandise must be in saleable condition, with manufacturer's original packaging.
a. Please do not send us items back that do not follow this process as they cannot be identified properly and will not be replaced or refunded.
b. Once we get your parcel and confirm all returned products, we will make the refund.
c. Please make sure you have read all the information on this page before proceeding with your return.
Order Cancellations and Modifications
When you place an order on Letcase.com, we act quickly to process your order right away. If you would like to change an item, change your shipping address, or cancel an entire order please contact us as soon as possible at firstname.lastname@example.org. Orders already shipped cannot be cancelled.
If you would like the add new items to your order please place a new order at Letcase.com.
Refunds (if applicable)
a. We don't accept the return and refund when the product is in transit, you can ask return or refund after you receive the parcel, and when we get the package, we will refund you.
b. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
c. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Refunds are issued based on the payment method used at the time of purchase. We issue refund in 1 business day after we receive return.
If you pay via PayPal, you will receive refund instantly.
If you pay via credit card or bank account, you will receive refund within 5 business days.
If you pay via bank transfer, you will receive refund in 2 business days.
To return your product, you should mail your product by contact us at email@example.com.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
